About Us

Inspired by the culturally iconic "Elotero" (Elote Man) with their rainbow umbrella push carts and bicycle bell chime; we wanted to pay "homage" by bringing our own version of this same sought after mouth watering, hand-held snack to the forefront of our business.

It is what we like to call..."Nostalgia Food"...those who know it...get it! Those who don't...they will!

The "O.G."

Dedicated to the one that started it all!

Soft butter, mayonnaise, Cotija cheese and chilli powder (optional)

The "Esquité"

For those of you who just want to get down to business...the "esquité" has everything in a cup without the cob for your spooning pleasure.

The "Attitude"

Enjoy a selection of various flavor toppings such as: Cheese or "Flaming Hot Cheetos, Taki's, Doritos, Funyuns and spicy chicharrones

Our "Specialty"

As our own personal touch to "corn on the cob" we offer a seasonal "Specialty" item to the menu, such as our "Fajita" elote with grilled peppers, onions, melted blends of cheese's and your choice of steak or chicken and a slice of buttery "Texas Toast' to garnish

The "Fun"

We provide a fun way to express our corn by offering different colored cheese's to suit almost any occasion like our "Uni-Corn"
